In oder to process your order we require your name, billing address, delivery address, email address and phone number. On placement of your order the information you give us is saved in our website and database.
As artist working in collaboration with us to sell your artwork we require your name, billing address, delivery address, email address, bank account details or organised payment method and phone number. This information is required so we can organise payment for sale of your artwork.
Payment Processing:
To enable us to process payments online we require your name and the billing address for the credit card used to pay online. Our external payment provider, requires your credit card details and these are sent using encrypted SSL technology. Paper & Jam do not store or have access to your card details.
Email Only Registration:
If you want to be part of our mailing list and receive information on a regular basis but do not want to register online, you may sign up via emails. In order to receive emails we require your name and email address.
Customer Queries:
Should you contact us by phone or email with a query we may need to record your details so we can respond to your call and keep a record of the details you have provided to us for ongoing correspondence.
