Thank you for choosing Paper & Jam Limited. If you are not entirely satisfied  with the product you have purchased you may return it in saleable condition for either refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that goods are returned at  your own cost. If the goods are being returned due to our error your postal costs will be refunded. 

If the product has arrived in  damaged condition please notify us within one week of purchase. We will refund the cost of the damaged good or organise a replacement.

Purchased artwork  

All correspondence regarding the return of artwork is to be carried out by Paper & Jam Limited. You may not contact any artist directly for any reason regarding the sale and purchase of the artwork. In the event of return you must tell us in writing within 14 days of receipt of the good. 

The goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must include Paper & Jam Limited’s delivery slip and certificates of authenticity. The artwork must be securely wrapped and returned at your own risk and cost.  

Once the artwork is received we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods. 

Gift vouchers 

If you are returning goods purchased with a gift voucher, we will only be able to issue you with another gift voucher to the value of the item(s) returned.

• Our dispatch goods are during office hours Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Dundee & Fife areas only until further notice for this product. 
• Without prejudice to your statutory rights we accept no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from acts of God, civil commotion, riots, flood, draught, fire, legislation or other factors outside our control, or our decision on reasonable grounds not to do so for reasons of suspicion of credit card fraud or similar, provided that we take all reasonable steps to notify you within fourteen (14) days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases we will not process any payment or will immediately refund any payment made, in full.
