I was born in a small mission village on the west coast of Papua New Guinea, and soon after relocated to Cairns, Australia where I was raised with my three brothers and sister immersed in Australian, Papuan and Torres Strait Islander tradition and culture. I married my high school sweetheart Inverness born Rory MacLeod and moved to Scotland in 2015. Where I produce my artwork in the picturesque Scottish highlands.
