Thank you for choosing Paper & Jam Limited. If you are not entirely satisfied with the product you have purchased you may return it in saleable condition for either refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that goods are returned at your own cost. If the goods are being returned due to our error your postal costs will be refunded.
If the product has arrived in damaged condition please notify us within one week of purchase. We will refund the cost of the damaged good or organise a replacement.
Purchased artwork
All correspondence regarding the return of artwork is to be carried out by Paper & Jam Limited. You may not contact any artist directly for any reason regarding the sale and purchase of the artwork. In the event of return you must tell us in writing within 14 days of receipt of the good.
The goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must include Paper & Jam Limited’s delivery slip and certificates of authenticity. The artwork must be securely wrapped and returned at your own risk and cost.
Once the artwork is received we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods.
Gift vouchers
If you are returning goods purchased with a gift voucher, we will only be able to issue you with another gift voucher to the value of the item(s) returned.
- Our dispatch goods are during office hours Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
- We do not guarantee next day delivery via carrier or Royal Mail Special Delivery and are approximate. We do not accept liability in respect of late deliveries.
- Without prejudice to your statutory rights we accept no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from acts of God, civil commotion, riots, flood, draught, fire, legislation or other factors outside our control, or our decision on reasonable grounds not to do so for reasons of suspicion of credit card fraud or similar, provided that we take all reasonable steps to notify you within fourteen (14) days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases we will not process any payment or will immediately refund any payment made, in full.

In oder to process your order we require your name, billing address, delivery address, email address and phone number. On placement of your order the information you give us is saved in our website and database.
As artist working in collaboration with us to sell your artwork we require your name, billing address, delivery address, email address, bank account details or organised payment method and phone number. This information is required so we can organise payment for sale of your artwork.
Payment Processing: To enable us to process payments online we require your name and the billing address for the credit card used to pay online. Our external payment provider, requires your credit card details and these are sent using encrypted SSL technology. Paper & Jam do not store or have access to your card details.
Email Only Registration: If you want to be part of our mailing list and receive information on a regular basis but do not want to register online, you may sign up via emails. In order to receive emails we require your name and email address.
Customer Queries: Should you contact us by phone or email with a query we may need to record your details so we can respond to your call and keep a record of the details you have provided to us for ongoing correspondence.
Social Media: Please be advise If you connect with us or share details via social media the information from these sights collect this information. We recommend checking with the third party websites for more information about their policies.
