Traditional Scottish Clootie Dumplings


Back by popular demand this winter! Delicious homemade traditional clootie dumpling by the slice. Served hot with velvety custard or on it's own.

The clootie dumpling get's it name from the cloth used to wrap the pudding. The fruit pudding is boiled for several hours and then removed for the clootie and dried in the oven.

Available at Edinburgh and Dundee Farmers' Market from Saturday 3 November 2019.
